CB angel help

my CB angel now in the tank almost a month has a small white patch on its nose and a large white splotch on its tail, a little disoriented (i think) and seems to be breathing a little hard. Tail has a little mucasy look to it and since search doesn't work i started a new thread, what could it be and what do i need to do. Its not eating very well, ignoring both nori and marine algae.

Sounds like bacterial, or fungal. Check out some of the other threads to see pics. Perhaps look up Lympho on google, perhaps also just a blanket search on saltwater fish disease. There are sites that have a question type of diagnosis that seem to atleast give you a starting point. It would be something like " does your fish breathe heavily? than you hit yes or no, depending on your answer it takes you to various other questions till it narrows it down to your diagnosis. It's not an end all, but it's a starting point and your search may start to have names to what you are searching for. Hope this helps,
