CBB Black Fin Dots

I have a CBB in stage 2 of TTM right now. He is eating and swimming fine. But last night I noticed both black and white specks on the pectoral fins.
I've never seen the black spots on any fish before.
This AM the black dots appear white and much larger than any ich spots I've ever seen. They are not rounded and look kind of soft and lumpy
Any help in identifying these so I can treat him properly?

Black dots are usually indicative of black Ich but they are normally seen on the body. Prazi will treat black Ich. As for the white spots it looks like lympho. Pristine water and vitamin enriched food should/will cure lympho.

Thanks. Been just observing as he goes through TTM. No real changes but he is swimming and eating and does not appear stressed.
