CDMAS Has Bylaws

Cdmas has bylaws now to help govewrn our club. It's nothing that constricting....just some guidlines. Much of the content was borrowed from other reef clubs. Please take the time to read them.

Maybe this thread should be locked at the top of the forums main window so that anyone visiting the site would know to look for the by-laws, or that we even have by-laws.

most clubs have bylaws.....every member should at least visit our club site once in a while ....a locked thread already states "visit our site"
