CDMAS\HVRK meeting Set for November

As stated in a previous post.... HVRK is willing to travel up to meet with us. According to tompz there are quite a few of his members planning to attend. This meet will be a Frag swap/sale and used Equipment sale. Linda volunteered to host at her home in Kinderhook which is about 25mins from Albany.

Because this is more of a event I thought we might wanna poll the date. Please pic the Saturdat\y that works best for you.

what would people think of the 11th so it's not close to Thanksgiving? Might be hard the weekend before thanksgiving because of getting stuff done around the house for company...the Saturday after some people take advantage of sales starting before Christmas. Or the 4th?

Just some thoughts...I just want to have people in both groups to meet.

Anything is good for me as far as Sat. Linda. I'll just make it the one day off I have for 2 mos. and have Robin there so I don't get yelled at about working everyday :lol:

I agree that the 11th seems like a good Saturday......concidering that the HVRK group will be traveling 1.5 hours maybe we could start this at 2:00....3:00 at the latest...also gotta concider there return travel
