I am looking for one last centerpiece fish.. And possibly another small fish to add;) ...Right now my tank is a 28 bowfront with Bangaii Cardinal, Purple Firefish, and a Red Banded Goby I am going to try and get rid of if I can catch it! Now with these three fish what would you add as a centerpiece? I was thinking these three.. 6 Line, Fridmani Pseudochromis, Cherub Angel. I then began to read and found out that they can become terrors especially the Cherub. Are the Fridmani Pseudo's good or do they become terrors as well? Now would I be able to add 2 more fish including the centerpiece fish I want? If not if I removed the goby could I add say the centerpiece fish and a Ocellaris? Thanks guys please help one confused semi-noob!!

My Fridmani is pretty good but since it's a dottyback/basslet there is alway that chance that they'll be a litttle aggressive. I have mine in a 58gal tank with a Starkie damsel, Black blenny and a Marine Betta without any problems. When I had a 6-line wrasse in there it use to bother it some what but the 6-line jump so that ended that. I also had a Twinspotted Hog and they got along fine for quite some time until the Hog jumped. 6-Line wrasse are know for being real problems. I would probably worry about the Fridmani and the 6-Line with the Firefish.

i just got a cool fish and it's really active. Really nice fish and perfect for that size of a tank.

That the fish I mention about, I called it the twinspot but it should have been the two spot hog. Really nice fish but to small for a 28gal bow tank. Mine actually ate all my flatworms, before it jumped.

you think the the fish will get to big for the 28gal? I have mine in a 25 gal, thats 20" deep (heard they like deeper tanks) Guess if he becomes to big i'll upgrade or take him back to the LFS :D It does say a min of 30 gal so i would think that 28 is close enough and don't they only get up to 4" ? Just cerious

The thing is that the fish gets to be about 3"- 4" and is a pretty good size fish. It's also very active and covers the whole tank. I know when I had it in my tank, 58gal, it seem to be to small for it. I've seen smaller ones and do they grow slow so maybe a 28gal tank would be alright but it seems kinda small still. It's a very nice fish and not to aggressive.

That hogfish is very active and needs more swimming space than my tank allows. I already went through the phase of wanting it.:( I am worried about the fridmani going after my cleaner shrimp. Do you think it would be safe to add a 6 line and a ocellaris?
