cerith Snails

I ordered a clean up crew and received it yesterday. None of my Cerith Snails are moving. They are in the same place as they were last night. Is it possible I received some dead snails? Do I need to get them out of my tank or will my hermits dispose of them. Help please.

Cerith snails can take a few days to move. After 4 days if they are still in the same spot then may be dead.

Okay I will give them a few days. I am concerned because I ordered a clean up crew and I don't know if they got to cold during the shipment. Is it possible that they died if they got to cold.
