Chad Clayton of Reed Mariculture will be in our area this coming weekend. If you breed Clownfish, or have an interest in doing so (or other marine species for that matter), it would behoove you to catch either:
1. His talk at the Long Island Aquarium Society on Friday, or,
2. Visit his booth at Reef-A-Palooza in New Jersey over the weekend.
Chad is The Man!
If you aren't familiar with Reed, they have three divisions. The main Reed Mariculture is hugely commercial -- fish farms, etc.; then there's Reef Nutrition that you'll see in refrigerators of your LFS; and then there's AP Breed that caters to us, the hobbyist breeders.
If you're coming Friday, here is the pertinent info:
http://www.liasonline.org
Non-members of this club are charged a $5 fee.
Onkar or Joe can you please get a group mailing out so those club members who don't frequent this forum can get this info. Yes, I know it's ridiculously short notice for Friday's meeting.
Thanks,
George
