Chaeto Algae Basket

Hey guys,

I was planning to add some Chaeto Algae to my Built In filtration tank.

I was thinking if I just drop it in there it will go all over the place. Has anybody done any basket type thing or net to hold it in place? Would that be a good idea or just place it on top of my live rock rubbler in the chamber?

I was thinking something like this, but i wasnt sure if I buy some sort of plastic basket like this would it be fine to be in my tank and not ruin watee parameters?

I use a plastic pond basket in my sump. It holds a small piece of live rock and a softball size chunk of chaeto. It has plenty of openings for flow but keeps the chaeto from flying around my sump. Can find them at any pond supply place, or big box home improvement stores (HD, Lowes).

I just walled off a section with Black Egg crate. IMHO- most people don't have enough Chaeto
