Chalice has no mouth?

I bought a "rescue chalice" from the $5 frag tank at LFS. I figured who knows what might come from this browned out half dead looking thing. Well it colored up kinda pink and is showing growth but the issue is it doesnt appear to have any "eyes". While the picture shows some features that might look like a mouth they are not. It does have a small opening on the top that some kind of filter feeder that looks like a very small feather duster extends cone shaped "feathers" from.

Will it develop a mouth over time?

somewhat hard to tell from the picture but i see what appears to be a few eyes, they just aren't very pronounced yet.

I had a similar experience.. Once it was settled into the tank and happy the eyes were more pronounced and it started taking food regularly.
