chalice skeleton showing post dip

So I moved two chalice frags from my quarantine tank into the main tank. Just to be safe I dipped them in a (safe) mix of Lugols and Flatworm Exit. Dip was done with RO/DI water brought to a ph of 8.2. Temp was around 80. After the dip and rinse, I placed them in a low flow place at the bottom of the tank. There was some mucus yesterday afternoon, but by the time the lights went out the skeleton was clearly visible. Today, it's the same - no better, no worse. Is this normal behavior or did I manage to find a way to really hurt/kill them? Anyone else ever see this before? What should I watch for over the next couple of days? Lights are out now. If necessary, i can post pics tomorrow.

Here is a pic. Any thoughts? Can it recover?

How long ago was it fragged and how long was it in QT? It may have just been the stress of it all... being fragged, being dipped, being acclimated to a new tank... It is hard to say if it will make it or not. Watch your water quality and hope for the best. I have seen worse off frags make it so you never know! good luck.
