Awesome color Nizmo!
DEQbob...that striped-grn eyed one has really cool contrast. Is it big enough to frag for trade/sale? If not can you give me a lead on who you got it from and any contact info you might have? Thx!

I have a question for the colony collectors....how and where do you put them in the tank.....on LR or on sand bed....
If on rock works I would like to see how you have construct the pile.....

Pictures were taken under only 10K XM lighting
Actually had a bright green rim and green mouths, hope it comes back.... :(

I have the same coral, glad to finally know what it is. I have it under t5 lighting right now I wonder if it could take the halide light in my main reef?

Shane what lights are you using?

Cherryproperty, FYI, I have my deep blue one under T-5's and the other one is in my nano under only 150w MH (down low). I believe the worst thing for these types of coral are high flow. I very briefly had mine in a high flow area and the flesh from the mycedium started to pull away. So I'd recommend low flow, and moderate light.

where is a good place to order these bad boys from, read the thread, do the majority of chalices enjoy moderate current and moderate light?

Could I place them under my eggcrate in my frag tank. Its about 15 inches deep with a 4x24watt T-5 setup. I am more concerned with sweepers going up through the eggcrate and wacking at my other corals.

Thanks guys, PM's are always welcome

Thanks
