I agree that two different corals should always be named different things, and it drives me crazy when people use the same name as a previously named coral. That being said, if the importer that got the 2nd coral in, named it the Pink Mojito, or something else, it kinda puts the purchaser in a bind, because that is the name that was given to it when it was first submitted to the public audience. I guess the best thing to do would be to call it a Pink Mojito look alike, or Pink Mojito/Pink eye. Something to give it some independence. Either way, it's a real nice coral.

Also, my MH/PP looks very similar to some of GCarrolls pics, in that, it has a nice dark green coloration with orange eyes. There's a pic of it a couple pages back with a group of other chalice frags.

Or just call it diamonds in the reef (mojito or pink mojito). There should be no confusion there.

I don't think anyone is accusing you of any misrepresentation.
I think we'd all just like to have a name for each coral as long as we are positive they didn't come from the same place.
Someone made the comment earlier, Dave should just call it:
Diamonds in Reef Pink Mojito
That would alleviate any problems.

It really is a darker green then when I got it, and the current pics don't really show it.

Soon as that someone pays me a fee for naming rights, they can name it anything they want. Until then, I'll call it anything I want... ownership has its perks.
