Ian, yeap - Kev picked a sweet name for it. :lol: It does bore a resemblance to the Superman Chalice but after speaking with Victor, we decided that they were different. I'm waiting for him to get that new camera of his though. :) Kev - how's your piece looking these days?

it's doing great Vince, one of, if not my favorite piece...the colors are really staying vibrant and I can't wait for it to take off

it's doing great Vince, one of, if not my favorite piece...the colors are really staying vibrant and I can't wait for it to take off
 
Here is on of my chalice its about 8" x 6" im not sure of the name? anyone? its green with stripes of red.

Vince, that Burning Embers chalice is sweet! Definitely doesn't look like the Superman to me, but some similarities (probably a different morph of the same species, a very good species indeed). The colors and the latest macro shot you took are amazing. Appears to be coloring up nicely for you, the first pics I saw of this coral did not knock me out, but the last one... wow. Great find.
 
Tell me what you all think of this piece.......It is fairly new, and I am waiting to see how it developes over the next few months. It is not a great picture, but shows you what it looks like.
