Chance of breeding?

I am setting up a new tank, 150 gallons.

It is going to be populated mostly of small fish as i prefer large numbers of small fish to fewer larger fish.

I will populate it with a mated pair of shrimp gobies (probably yellow watchman), a few dartfish, a pair of clowns, a mated pair of coral beauties, a harem of flasher wrasses with a male.

I am not looking to breed fish yet, I'm just a noob with salt, but I am curious: what are the chances of spontaneous spawning in my tank if the tank is properly kept and the fish well fed? What would the survival rate be if the fish are left to themselves with no particular attention to the fry?

Spawning is pretty common in healthy, well-fed systems. The fry are all but impossible to raise in a reef tank. They are prey for almost everything in your aquarium and the foods they require are not present in sufficient quantities. If you add a pair of bangaii cardinals you may occasionally get a juvenile that survives although that is still unlikely in a system of your size.

I imagined as much.
As I said, not expecting anything, just curious of other people's experience.
