My SPS dominated 150 gallon Cube (36 x 36 x 27"H) is having some issues. Basically, my SPS look terrific but my LPS that are mostly on the bottom look terrible. They are pale and growing very slowly. The SPS are growing rapidly and color is terrific. Currently using 400 watt MH (XM 20K with Lumenarc reflector). MH is only on for 7 hours and then VHO actinics stay on for an additional hour. Should I change up my lighting? Like 250watt bulb instead of the 400? Don't want to hurt my SPS for the LPS but is there a happy medium?
