chaoti advice

i have a cool little chaoti wrasse...i got a m meleagris, got him feeding and introduced him...not a great move, the chaoti was not happy...chased the little guy and the lil guy couldnt get near the food... the tanks 180g and i couldnt catch him to get him out

would i have the same problem if i introduced some flame wrasse? hes not aggressive to any other fish...was just wondeing if flame wrasse are different enough shape to not bother him..

In that case, you may have an issue with introducing another leopard wrasse. My pair was introduced last with no issue.

yeah he was not happy, the other leopard i think starved, and i never caught him

i was wondering if i added a pair or trio of flame wrasse if hed do the same or be fine

He/she should not notice flame wrasses.

I agree. The flames would be no competition for food and will not be noticed. You can also print out pics of the choati and tape them to your tank to keep him occupied for a day or 2

when i first got mine he wouldnt eat anything other than gut loaded brine shrimp...i was trecking to the fish shop every couple of days,...introduced him to mysis gradually along with the brine and reduced the brine til he just ate mysis...he eats formula 1 flake, formula 1 frozen as well now...
