Chatter noise

Ever since I sent my assembly in for service I can not keep the wet side aligned. I set it up perfectly with no noise an then an hour later I start to hear the loud chatter of a misaligned wetside assem. If I realign it the noise goes away but returns after running for awhile.

I think the wetside is slipping down, I'm wondering if the foam pad on the back side of the wetside isn't doing it's job.

Can you buy one of these pads and or backing plate for the wetside?
