cheap actinics for FOWLR

Hey there guys. I have a 125 gallon, 6 foot tank. It's a FOWLR setup. I already have a set of T5's with an Icecap 660 ballast waiting to go in my new hood whenever I get it. I just want to know what I should do about actinic bulbs. I was thinking of getting a 96 watt ballast kit for 34" Compact Flourescent bulbs. I am of course willing to spend the money for quality, but I am not looking to do corals. Again, this is a FOWLR setup and I have no intention of spending hundreds of extra dollars to do corals anytime in the near future. I was eyeing this:
