Ken at sealifeinc.net is great. I have ordered from him several times and everything is always nice and healthy. His rics are good size and you usually get freebies too.

I believe that the best place for frags is someone local. I'm sure you can find retailers and private aquaculturists within driving range.

i'd try my luck on ebay. theres usually sellers in florida auctioning packs of them for cheap. But, in new orleans, i bet you can get them locally for much cheaper than anywhere online. my lfs here in ny wanted like $150 for 3 florida rics. pretty rediculous.

ken is awesome - great packaging, fast shipping (even the 2 day), reasonable prices...and every shipment I've gotten from him has included freebies. Go for one of the random rainbows - I've gotten green/purples, and the last one I ordered had 2 mouths AND a little baby attached, all with bright purple/orange/blue/green polyps - they're my Trix rics lol
I got 2for1 when I ordered a steel blue ric. One of them is the same blue it was 6 months ago, and the other I put a bit higher under my halide for a month and then moved lower under T5, and it has turned this awesome teal color.

Damn! Serious? Where do you live?
Around here, orange florida ricordeas at my lfs are about $25 a pop. The common green ones can get as cheap as $10 a pop.
Thats down here in New Orleans.
Just to get a concensus..
What is the market prices around your lfs?

hmm, not bad, he does those package deals 10 rics for $100.
$10 each is a nice deal. anyone ever got a "nice" ric from a package deal before?
