Sounds good to me; I'll have to hold you to that ;)

It'd be good to see your tank too; maybe I'll have to a schedule a Napa tank/wine tour :D

Nice score Brian...you got a nice big frag too. It is definately a pretty stag. Congrats...I know how much you were wanting that one :).

Sweet stag. What was your choice for the dip just out of curiosity?

I Dip everything in Lugol Iodine no matter who's tank it comes from. when i get frags friends who i know don't anything I Still Dip can never be to safe.

Brian, I just picked up some Lugols for that very reason, I want to dip new corals...but, there are no instructions that I could find to make the solution for dipping.

Could you pass on your recipe? How many drops per gallon and how long do you leave the coral in the solution for?

Thanks very much,

Mike

My new frags go into an interceptor bath for 8 hours before they go in to my tank. Its a 20 gallon tank.I also do 2 drops of lugols per 5 gallons of water.Brian is right about the dip.You can never be to safe.

i dip evey thing and use a Turkey baster to blow of any AEFW the guy i got this frag from dose not have aefw but it is just part of my my normal procedure in putting new frags in. IMO Red bugs are easy to deal w/
the amount of lugols that i use is just enough to turn the water yellow them i dip for 10 to 15min
