i got the message from u guys.[my son take the phone]
he tell me need add $20 more for the box fee!!!the shipping for the light bulds is free. i dont understand what kind box cost me that much.

Hi Ken,

The free shipping promo actually excludes overweight / oversized items, including fluorescent lamps. The boxes being used for these lamps is rather large and expensive to ship which is why we can't waive the shipping fees for lamps. We use this packaging due to the fragility of T5 lamps, and to ensure their safe arrival to you.
