Check Valve

I keep having problems with the check valve of my osmolator/kalk dispenser sticking closed, and the pump not being able to push the water through. I've cleaned it in vinegar to where it looks fine. Air goes through one way but not the other as it should. ... but it doesn't work with water.

I've checked all the LFS for a replacement. None of them have one like the original, and the ones they have won't work.

Can I buy replacements? Which manufacturer?

We do sell replacements but the valve fails when it is being relied on to stop kalk powder, the line needs to be ziptied up as shown in all the illustrations in the manual, the check valve then does not contact powder which hardens the valve and causes failure. A Tetra Tek or Hagen check valve is a suitable replacement.
