Chili is uncoporative

How can i get my chili to open up ?? Its polyops will open but it wont inflate at all. It stays hard as a rock....

Assuming your water parameters are what they should be, strong flow, little or no light, cooler temperatures (75 deg.), patience. Cyclopeez is a good food for them. If you see a polyp or two open, squirt some food on it. If it's healthy and you're patient/persistent, it'll come around.
