chiller not chilling

I have a small aqua-chill 1/10 hp on my 45 gal. I recently returned home from working 2 months in Jersey and noticed that the chiller is not working at all. The compressor still kicks on, but the water is not cool, nor is there hot air coming out of the chiller.

It sounds to me like the coolant has out. Is this a possibility, also can these be refilled?

good idea, i was thinking an auto shop, but I bet an actual A/C shop would be better

depends on the chiller. An ac shop should be able to do it. its just like a window unit.
