Chiller Question

You guys with stand-alone tanks; how would you go about hooking up a chiller? Where would you keep it?

When I ran one I put it on a shelf & ducted it out a window to avoid all the heat they put out. They are heavy so make sure you get into a stud. Depending on your pump it can be run direct from the pump then into the tank or a split design for both.

Drop in's can work as well, my LFS kept his in the attic and ran the drop in, in the overflow.

I have used a canister filter also and just set the chiller on the floor next to the tank.
