Chiller questions

I have a chiller I have had for quite sometime. It has never been charged. Who charges these suckers? Also it is making a really loud annoying noise when it comes on anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?

rob at sws has a guy wayne. He knows about chillers, with low or no charge its really hard on the compressor motor because quite a few use the coolant for lube.
