Chiller repair

Does anyone know of a person that does chiller repair? I have aqua logic inline chiller and the fan and compressor are not turning on. The controller seems to be working but the chiller is not turning on when the water temp. is going above the set parameters. Worst case I have to call an A/C company but I would rather try and find a smaller company or a single guy to repair it. I am also pretty handy and could be walked through it if this is a common issue with chillers.
Your suggestions will be appreciated.
FYI - I have already PM'ed robthorn but have not heard anything from him.

Try by-passing the controller. Even though the display works, the relays in the controller may have burned up. It wouldn't be the 2nd time in the last 3 months that I've seen it happen.

It is not the controller. I bypassed the controller and it still is not working.
