Chilling a 30g Tank

Hello. Where I live, the temperature outside can get > 100 degrees f during the summer. Inside, the temperature range can go from 85 - 95 degrees (I don't run my AC for the house when I'm out). I will be setting-up a 30g tank in the near future and I think I will need a chiller to keep the temp between 72 - 78 degrees f. I was looking at either the Arctica Titanium 1/10 hp chiller or the Prime in-line 1/10 hp chiller made by Current. Does anybody have any experience with either of these chillers? Thanks in advance!

most people i know keep their tanks around 78-81

I would just set up a fan to blow across the surface of the water when the lights turn on.
