No I got the dimable 120 watt unit from evergrow its got 55x3 watt leds driven a little over 2 watts each

The Taos are the same as these, but not dimmable. You can't customize them either. Dimmable is about $20 more.

Since you are dealing directly with one of the factories that makes them, you have more options available. Shipping is incredibly quick too. My unit shipped friday and is on delivery to me today. That is just silly quick from Hong Kong. I don't even get most US deliveries that quick.

yeah that is quick. so how many will i need for a 45g 16-18 deep? will i be able to keep sofites and sps?

oh ok. yeah i have been asking sam and wondering why the nova A6 are split up 48/24. he has yet to respond yet.
dimmer 1 controls 48
dimmer 2 controls 24
i dont understand why they cant wire them to both control the same amount of leds. because of this i have had a hard time figuring out what mix i would want.
i think i might rather have the A4, at least those have an equal dimmer control.

The drivers might actually be. We don't know if they are yet.

They are probably lookin at the 24 LED's as a Dawn to Dusk circuit and the 48 LED's as a mid day circuit. Some manufacturers do the same with T-5's 2 bulbs for dawn to to Dusk and 4 or 6 more for Mid Day.
With that thinking you put mainly the blues on the 24 circuit with only enough whites to break that all blue windex look. Then put the rest of the blues and whites on the 48 LED circuit.

what do you think is a better option? sam sent me these as options.
Option ONE:
Dimming 1: 36 blue + 10 white + 2 UV;
Dimming 2: 20 white + 4 UV
Option Two:
Dimming 1: 24 blue
Dimming 2: 30 white + 12 blue + 6 UV
or is there something else that you might go with? thanks.

Yes. You would have to email them, and it would cost more.
Right, what I'm saying that the manufacturer should have that option to add. I'm sure that many people wouldn't mind to pay a little extra for that.
