Chloramine will be used for Tulsa Water

I thought you guys would like to know that tulsa city water will be treated with chloramine instead of chlorine starting June 2012. This was originally scheduled to start Last year but there were some delays. I made the switch to the catalytic carbon on my last filter change. I knew it was coming but the question was when. My employer and several other large companies have been fighting the change because if the filter situation. I know it will cost a small chunk of change. I will say that my resin doesn’t seem to be lasting as long with the new carbon vs. the old blocks.
