Can someone recommend a reliable source for CP that would (preferably) not need a script because it's being sold as a fish medicine and not for other animals?
While I have some, I worry it may not be pure enough and want to make sure I'm dosing correctly in my QT tank.

I don't know a source, but I have had great success with New Life Spectrum Powder Shield which contains CP.

If I were in a bind and needed it ASAP I would agree with what scooter31707 suggested and go with NLS Ick Shield powder which is CP based and sold at my LFS. If you have time to wait for a shipment I can say that myself and others have had success with a certain seller on ebay (jweage).
