any advice on chocolate chip starfish, and queen conchs? This is for a 90 gallon reef tank with soft corals, shrooms, zoos. Also have a coral banded shrimp and a green brittle star, plus some blue leg hermits and various snails.

I have two conchs in my 30 gal reef not sure if there queen or not but they havnt bothered anything except the bad algae. I also have a chacolate chip in my reef he also hasnt bothered anything and I keep him well fed with shrimp clams silversides and other meaty foods, however, chacolate chip stars are not recomended for reefs because most will eat corals.

My advice would be don't get either one. Like salty said, CC stars are well known corallivores. Queen conchs get nearly a foot long and if fed correctly they get there quickly. If you want a conch there are many smaller species availabe in the hobby that would be a good choice. Fighting conchs and "turtle" conchs are probably the most common ones and both stay small enough for your tank.
