Choosing new Bulbs

I have a 3 by 250watt SE Hamilton light system powered by 3 IceCap 250watt ballast with 2 160watt Actinic VHO's on a Icecap 660.
I am getting ready to replace all the MH bulbs and the tank is Mixed reef with everything from Softies to SPS.
Which MH bulb should I go with:
Pheonix 250w 14K = $99.00
ReefLux 250w 12k = $63.00
XM 250w 15K = $70.00
Or something different all together?
