I'm in a country which not every brand of silicone is available, We have a local company which manufacture adhesives and silicone.

This silicone you can find it in every shop.

This is the datasheet:

Adhesives and Sealants

K-SEAL

Description

K-Seal is a fast curing one -part silicone sealant, which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a high strength rubber seal with excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, metals, most plastics and coated surfaces. K-Seal is virtually unaffected by high or low temperatures; its excellent physical properties are designed to give outstanding durability and performances.

Product characteristics

Cure system: Acetoxy

Shore a hardness: 22 (ASTM D – 2240)

Movement accommodation: +/- 25%

Elongation at break: 300% (ASTM D – 412)

Tensile strength at rupture: 1.2 MPa (ASTM D – 412)

Tooling time: Approx. 8 minutes

Full cure: 1-5 days depending on bead thickness, humidity and temperature

Application temperature range: -30 oC to + 60 oC

Service temperature range: - 40 oC to + 150 oC
Typical applications

Standard glazing
Cap beading
Metal to metal joints
Sign manufacturing
General sealing and assembling

Packaging and storage

K-Seal is available in 280ml plastic cartridges. Shelf life is 14 months from date of manufacture stored in cool (below 25oC), dry condition (check “use before date”).

Colours

Available in translucent and colors. For details on available colors, please refer to the Al-Bahar Industries Company.

Application instructions

Anyone expert who can read the datasheet, i tried to compare it to Momentive RTV100s but the units which is used here is different.

Anyone recommend it? suggestions?

No, it would not be suitable for any structural use. It has a rather low tensile strength, and the "adhesive" (peel) strength is not listed. This is typical of consumer grade sealants. The tensile strength of Momentive RTV 100 series, is around 2.3 times greater, and of course there is no telling how low the adhesive strength, of this product, is compared to the Momentive product.

SCS1200 (Momentive) is generally available world wide.

I emailed GE Middle east, to check out for SCS1200 if its available in Kuwait somewhere. tried to search for Momentive RTV there is no luck at all, only one way is to order RTV 100s from the U.S and pay some extra cash.

Thank you Uncleof6.

Use RTV-108 it is available from Grainger. They ship worldwide. RTV-108 is a structural silicone that I have used on several of my tanks. It works great !!

Would you trust it if I told you, if that is the only way to get it, it is worth the extra money? Grainger is a good bet, however—Grainger has a tendency to supply expired silicone. It is better if you can walk into a Grainger, with the date codes in your hand so you don't end up with a big mess. Expired RTV100 is a huge mess, and does not cure.

Thanks for the input guys, I will do another intensive locally while waiting for GE Middle East to replay.

I have mailbox in the U.S i can order to it. And a company will ship it to Kuwait ;)

The problem is it's summer now and temperature is rising, the silicone tube will be stored for around 1-2 weeks in +48C which is around 118F. In the shipping company stores/van/customs.
