Hey Mike,
I have a Knop Calcium reactor. I like it, but my regulator was kind of a problem. I was going through CO2 way to fast. I have read a lot about the Carbon Doser reactor... Looks pretty cool.

Next I want to switch all 4 MP40's to the QD.
That is going to be expensive....

I does but they still don't run as quiet as the QD pumps. I upgraded the driver on an MP10 and I bought a Mp10QD. The one that got upgraded did run quieter than it did with the white driver but at night when everything is silent you can hear a little bit of noise from it and no noise from the QD one.
How's the nem? is it staying put?

I have one of each. An upgraded MP40 and a MP40QD. The upgraded MP40 has both the QD driver and wetside. I feel the MP40QD is a little quieter. But not by much. I am happy with both and would never consider going back the white driver.

OK, Got the Carbon Doser setup last night... Let me tell you... It is as promised... So easy to install and setup.

Well, The end of an era for this tank. I took it down this last month and have set up a temp holding for my fish.
New CD 200 Gallon Tank on it's way and a new built in location in the house for it....
Will even have a small but effective equipment closet located right next to it.
I will start a new Build thread fairly soon..
Tank is about 1 month out.

I am going to use the 180 in my garage now for a discus freshwater tank.
I added a split AC system to my garage to keep it nice for my Cars!!!!
and now my fish!
