Chromis acting like statues

When one of my tanks sprung a leak my chromis got moved into a different tank. Now 4 of my 7 are not schooling, stay in corners either frozen or just twitch and only eat when food passes by them. It's been 2months now. And no change. Are they doomed to do this forever?

All my other fish act normally.
