So, I dont know how to say this that well, but my one chromis when it goes to eat, it looks like its jaw unhinges.. but gets stuck.. ive never seen this happen.. it still manages to get some food, but not as much as normal.. Im going to link a video in here as I tried and failed to get a photo, hopefully I can get it to work, its 51seconds long, and you can see it best near the end of the movie clip.

Question essentially is, should I worry?

It looks like the fish has developed lockjaw, which you really can't do anything about. As long as it gets some food, it should be OK. However, if the jaw locks, it may require intervention on your part.

This condition can happen from a hard bump to the snout (such as running into the tank or a rock), but it also happens in predatory species, esp. lionfish, due to a diet that's too high in krill, so one assumes it can be triggered by a nutritional problem.
