Just added a beautiful pair of clownfish to my tank and my chromis, the first fish I got, is picking on the clowns. I hear they can kill other chromis off, I'm worried that the clowns are about the same size it might think they're chromies. I'm thinking I will wait untill tomorrow morning and if the chromie is still being evil :furious: I'll take him back. Is this what I should do? I don't want my female clown turning male.

ok good to know. The chromis stopped picking on them, but the first two hours it was almost non-stop. Had the lights off for an hour. Probably just showing them whoes boss.
I had fw african cichlids before for a couple years, and I had to deal with bad aggression pretty often. Easiest thing to do was take out the dominent fish if they were getting too bad. Luckly the chromis took a chill pill
