I'm the all-time original "meat & potatoes" man.
I cook alot of steaks, (charcoal, cast iron, broiled, even deep fried), buy whole loins, cut my own steaks, even grind my own hamburger, but I've never heard of a "chubrako".... what is it?

*edit*
Haha, Cubano beat me to it by .000001 seconds.

EDIT: in response to the poll, i vote BBQ, and dont forget the chimi churri however you spell it

Must come from some part of a dog in Mexico or is that meheeko? Restaurants and stores are coming up with some pretty unique names to call the same old cuts aren't they? Carneasata from Taco Bell= junkiest cheapest meat they could find so they can say they have steak in your taco. Flat iron steak so Chilis and everyone else can make butt loads of money off cheap junk sirloin. Please.
