circulation in a 125 mixed tank

Hi, I will be getting a AGA 125 w/ 2 megaflow
I currently have a 55 gal w/ overflow box
I have a under tank refugium
this returns into a closed loop
basically 4 heads at the corners facing twards center
this is all I use, no power heads
I get good water movement
when I get my 125 I would like to get better circulation
I've been reading about the wave box, looks great
My question is will the wave box be good in a mixed tank where there are some mid to low water movement loving corals ?
I currently have
green star
xeina
zoos
leather
rics
trumpet
candy cane
I would like montipora, acro etc....
what would you recomend for flow ?
I dont mind spending some money
I just dont want to waste my money
is the wave box too much flow ?

The wavebox would not be too much flow but generally on it's own it is not sufficient. The flow is a rocking motion with no linear motion. You need some sort of directional flow to carry away detritus.

what about the wave box and ...
i will have 2 overflows
so 2 sumps (refugiums)
2 returns
a mag 7 or equal
2 outputs on each end of the tank facing twards center
