Circulation in Mantis Tank

I have a 40 gallon breeder tank that's almost ready for my peacock mantis. The mantis will be the only thing in the tank..........no corals, fish, or other inverts. What kind of flow would be optimum for the mantis? Do they like low flow? Medium? Any help would be appreciated

I would aim for medium only because you want the waste to get taken into the filter.
