Aprroxinmatly 18 cm /sec. You could go as high as 30 cm. or 38 cm but this may be too much. 10 cm mithe be a lower limit.

That is a very very rough estimate based on studies that I have read.

This is a very broad question and depends on the size of your tank.

You should be OK with the equivalent of a Ecotech mp40/ Jebao wp40 (about 4000lph to upwards of 8000lph). Definitely go with something that has a good wavemaking capabilities (can handle on/off oscillations).

If you want to spend more - go with a maxspect gyre with the icecap controller interface.

In Russia Maxspect gyre can only be bought on ebay. Jebao buy is not a problem
