You don't want to get wrasses that are similar in shape and color, also depends on the size of your tank. I have a Scott's, Red Margin, and Exquisite wrasse in my 120 FO and they develop a pecking order and since thaty all are different colors my Scott's haven't killed them. My Scott's is a 5 time murderer and since I got wrasses that are different from him he just harasses them every now and then but just chases them a bit and displays. You might be in trouble with the Filamented wrasse since he is also red, it would have better if you could introduce them to the tank at the same time.

anydarnthing thanks for the info, any ideas about the ID I think its a juv Rosy wrasse but in not sure what other fish would do well with this fish, anything passive im assuming? and if I go with another wrasse shape and color need to be different.

I've got mine with a mystery wrasse, rhomboid wrasse, supermale lineatus wrasse, multicolor angel, and rubrimarginatus wrasse, pencil wrasse, and cleaner wrasse. They pretty much all get along but probably because the lineatus is without a doubt the king of the tank. Might have to get red of the rubrimarginatus though, keeps chasing the rhomboid. In my experience the rosy fin is a docile fairy.

My rosy fin is only about 3 1/2 inch beauty but he is a terror. Loves to display and chase my laboutei. My mystery wrasse, Big male Flame keep him in check. The true king of my tank is my aust. Scotts wrasse. Loves to swim in front of the tank and display.

It will stay female unless you add more females, then the dominant female will turn into a male.At this point you could add a male and have a pair.
