Citron Clown Goby scale and bones

I have had him for several years. Last week I noticed him and my lawnmower blenny were extremely skinny. I started trying to feed them more but the lawnmower only made it one more day. The clown is still kicking, but he doesn't look like he's getting better. He's eating everytime I feed, and all of my other fish are big and fat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few months back my green clown goby had the same problem. He even lost all his color and was emaciated. I treated my tank with Prazipro because I suspected flukes. He continued to get worse so I soaked his food in it for 2 weeks. Now he is green fat and happy so I think he had an internal parasite of some sort.

Where would be the best place to get this Prazipro?? Is there any way i can tell if this is the problem? Thanks for the help.

My citron seems to go through periods when he looks quite poor, despite eating, and then he begins to look like himself again. My current citron has been in my care for over a year now, and he has had probably three times of looking like he is knocking on death's doorstep. Part of the problem is that he only likes to eat frozen enriched brine -- he spits out everything else. Sometimes I mix a bit of anti-parasitic food in w/ the frozen that I feed, but the citron doesn't eat it. If you are in the US, most dedicated LFS sell Prazipro. I know That Fish Place has it.

Also, from Matt Wittenrich's Breeder's Guide, Valenciennea, Elacatinus, Gobiosoma, and Gobiodon spp. males often display sunken-in stomachs and appear emaciated, and have a heavier cranial profile (that is pretty much a word-for-word quote.)

I got mine at the LFS. Mine didn't like the way it tasted with the meds in it, but after spitting it out a few times he did begin to eat it. I did not think he was going to live, but now 4 months later he looks great again.
