Little to no ammonia (API)

It was in the QT for about two days.

No other fish deaths.

Gills seem reddish like from ammonia burn.
 
Any meds in the water? That will throw off most liquid ammonia test kits. Also, API is notoriously inaccurate so I always use one of these in QT:

I actually have had problems with those (and they're a bit expensive) but maybe give one another shot.

No meds in use yet. I dosed a little prime. No other losses as of now.

Looking more like ammonia burn to me....
