Citron Goby Good or Bad?

I recently added a citron goby to my reef. The wife thought it was cute. The little guy lays in the corals and thats cool but I've noticed him nipping at the corals mostly the milleporas. Did I make a mistake with this guy and if he is not nipping what is he feeding on?

They are known coral nippers. I think your system is pretty healthy, so your corals may be fine (but may lose a few polyps here and there). Some just let the goby munch away, as long as it doesn't eat too much. If you can live with it making a little meal of your corals from time to time, they can be fun little fish. If it starts causing the corals to decline, I'd look at options to get it out.

Those little guys being so quick, catching it may be difficult. Try to check out where it sleeps and see if there is an opportunity there. I had to remove a rabid scribbled rabbit fish (ate all my razor caulerpa, then proceeded to eat a neon green Pocillopora, then 4 zoa colonies in two days, then started in on my acans...). It slept in one corner and floated, so I slipped a net under it one night. It had no clue until it woke up in a bag:D. It was good sized, though, so a little easier to spy on.
