Citron Goby infected?

I THINK this is ich, but I'd like a 2nd opinion. He's the only one in the tank with a spot. Is this worth QTing or just let my cleaner wrasse and 3 shrimps work on it?

It's always worth QT'ing. Cleaner shrimps and wrasses don't make for a cure.
