CL 280 chiller

Do you guys run any of these? I purchased one a while back and finally set it up. My question is that it maintains my set temperature, but the unit never shuts off. Is this normal? I have it plumped to a 75g tank. My flow rate is somewhere between 300-400 gph thru it. I'm not running my lighting setup yet, so this kind of scares me. Any input appreciated.

Well as of this morning it continuously runs, however its not even pulling the temp down. My room temp is 79, trying to pull the tank down to 78 and water is at 82. its been running all night.

I am not happy with this product at all. I purchased on 3-9 and set it up a week ago this thursday. Any advice?
