clam and epoxy?

i just bought 2part epoxy and in the instructions it says u can mount ur clams on this has anyone tried it?

You could make a rock out of the epoxy for the clam to attach to but it must be completely cured before you put the clam on it. Clams should never be glued down to anything.

Its probably just easier using a small flat rock and let him attach himself.
