Clam Experts BB and flow ok

Would a clam be ok in a 120 Gallon with 500 watts of MH, and 440 watts of VHO actinics. Barebottom tank, sps and lsp. With lots of flow.

Any recommendations on the type of clam?

a clam would do fine there as long you can find a spot that its not getting blasted with flow.as for what kind? where did you want to put it?

There's no sand...so it wouldn't matter IMO...your gonna want to put any clam on a flat rubble rock or shell or something before you put it on the BB so you can move it...in which case a maxima or crocea wouldn't know the difference.

How many examples do you want () : )

If your lighting is not 20K and the lamps are not 3 feet above the tank you should be fine IMO. I wouldn't put it in a shadow under the brace though.

If you can put your acro frags down there and have them grow then a maxima will too IMO.
